Bill West Founder

Bill is the third generation of his family to work in the construction materials industry. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, he spent a few years in the construction equipment business before transitioning to the concrete industry in 1993. Over the years, Bill has held positions across virtually all aspects of the industry, including serving as President of the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association.

Harris Shaw Founder

Harris was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, where he developed a love for the outdoors and a passion for the family business. With experience in ready-mix and concrete pumping, Harris has contributed to many high-profile projects throughout his career. A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, Harris has built strong industry connections and expertise. In his free time, Harris enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Riley Shaw Founder

Riley is from Wilmington, NC, where he grew up in the concrete industry. After graduating from North Carolina State, Riley moved to Charlotte, NC, to expand the Crete Solutions footprint. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Tyler Shaw Founder

As a Project Manager at Crete Solutions, Tyler Shaw combines strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for innovation in the ready-mix concrete industry. Tyler works closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline production processes, manage large-scale construction projects, and foster long-lasting partnerships. His dedication to efficiency and sustainability ensures Crete Solutions remains a leader in the industry. When not overseeing projects, Tyler enjoys golf, traveling with his girlfriend, and spending time with friends and family.

Warren Sinclair VP of Assets

Warren is a Clinton, NC native and an NC State graduate. He grew up on his father’s construction sites and has worked in the construction field all his life. Warren began his career in the concrete industry in 1997, holding various managerial and operational roles before joining the Crete Solutions team in 2020. When not working, Warren enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Chris Boergert CFO

Chris joined Crete Solutions as CFO in early 2024, bringing nearly 24 years of experience in the concrete pumping industry. Previously, Chris served as the Southeast Region Finance Manager at Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping and as Controller/CFO of Coastal Carolina Pumping. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College and began his career with Ernst & Young in Charlotte, later working in financial reporting and project accounting for GS Industries. Chris and his wife, Samantha, live in Stallings, NC, with their two daughters, Isabella and Abigail. In his free time, Chris enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, and cheering for Michigan Wolverines football.

Lynn Loyd Controller

Lynn moved from Massachusetts to the Wilmington area and joined Crete Solutions in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rhode Island and has over twenty years of experience in auditing and accounting operations. When not working, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Corey Kurtiak West Sales Manager

Corey’s main role is in sales for the West Division. He grew up in Gastonia, NC, and is very familiar with the greater Charlotte area. Corey graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

Harrison West West Operations Manager

Harrison is the Charlotte Area Manager at Crete Solutions. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Harrison has been in the concrete industry since 2016, holding positions in various departments, including customer service, quality control, and production. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Daniel Shaw Asset/Operation Manager

Daniel is an Operational Specialist for Crete Solutions with over 10 years of experience in the concrete and mining industry. He oversees the logistical operations of the company, monitoring the activity of all field representatives, handling customer issues, and reporting any major service disruptions. His role also includes an analytical aspect, where he identifies areas of inefficiency or unnecessary costs. Daniel reports these findings, recommends solutions, and oversees their development and maintenance.
